Shipping

US domestic shipping

All orders are subject to a flat rate of 10$ and will ship via FedEx Ground Shipping, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping.

International shipping

Standard orders will be dispatched 2 times a week using FEDEX Delivery from our Miami headquarters.

Solid gold orders and modified or custom-made orders ship from the same headquarters. For these items, the same shipping periods apply, after the 6 week lead time required for crafting.

Exceptions: For shipments to Russia we offer tracked shipping, at a cost of €35. Delivery to Russia takes 14-30 days.

For shipments to some parts of South and Central America we offer DHL shipping at standard delivery times, at a cost of €25.

For shipments to some parts of the Gulf region we offer shipping at standard delivery times, at a cost of €50.

Please note:

• Import taxes are unfortunately not our responsibility. Please find out this information before your order, because we cannot return orders based on unexpected taxations from your country. 

• We do not ship on weekends, or United States National public holidays. 

All International orders receive full tracking information, please leave your phone number at check out. If needed, DHL will contact you via both email and phone.
